Here is another Marburg watercolor finished last night. I had problems to get the proportions of the building to my sheet of paper – maybe just a lack of concentration. In the end it worked out good and I am happy about this new entry to my collection.
There a some plans growing in my mind about the 800th anniversary of the town and so I start thinking about organizing and offering a painters travel to Marburg in 2022, combined with a some other activities around the city. I have to think a little bit more about the details before I tell more. 🙂 Have a nice weekend!
Hier ist ein weiteres Marburg-Aquarell, das ich letzte Nacht fertiggestellt habe. Ich hatte Probleme, die Proportionen des Gebäudes auf mein Blatt Papier zu bringen – vielleicht nur mangelnde Konzentration. Am Ende hat es dann doch ganz gut geklappt und ich freue mich über diesen Neuzugang in meiner Sammlung.
In meinem Kopf reifen einige Pläne zum 800. Jahrestag der Stadt, und so beginne ich darüber nachzudenken, eine Malerreise nach Marburg im Jahr 2022 zu organisieren und anzubieten, kombiniert mit einigen anderen Aktivitäten in der Stadt. Ich muss ein bisschen mehr über die Details nachdenken, bevor ich mehr erzähle. 🙂 Ein schönes Wochenende wünsche ich Euch!
Deutsches Haus (Marburg) – Wikipedia
Das Deutsche Haus (auch Deutschordenshaus oder Deutschhaus) war das ursprüngliche Wohnhaus des Deutschen Ordens in Marburg (Hessen). Es stammt in seinen ältesten Teilen aus der Zeit zwischen 1234/35 und 1250 und datiert demnach aus der Zeit, als in direkter Nachbarschaft die Elisabethkirche gebaut wurde (Grundsteinlegung 1235).
