Just finished part 2 of my tutorial.
Loose Brush Watercolor Tutorial Episode 2: Here is the 2nd episode of my series of short watercolor tutorials for loose brushwork – combining step-by-step pictures with desription and a full video tutorial. If you have not yet seen episode 1 please start there.
It is important to know your brushes and what they can do for you. In this episode I introduce you to the 2nd cheap Chines Brush I mainly use for my loose paintings. This one is smaller with a fine tip – great for expressive fine lines and much more. Practice is everything when you like to learn painting loose. These practices from my daily routine show you an easy and effortless way of developing your individual expression through your brushstrokes. I recommend cheap paper and a dark paint like Paynesgrey for these training. Happy painting. Please visit my Etsy store for in-depth tutorials for instant…
