Trees are a wonderful motive for watercolors and they are a great subject to train our brush expressions. In this example from 2016 I show how I paint a little scene with trees. I use the possibilities of my brush to bring some life into my represantation of trees. It is important to bring a swing of life into your brushstrokes when painting trees and this needs some confidence. If you don´t feel brave enough for bold brushwork yet try to practice on a sheet of scratch paper.
