I wanted to try something monochrome and dark last night – this is the result. Pretty much influenced by John Atkinson Grimshaw I guess. 🙂

Have a nice weekend everybody.

Letzte Nacht wollte ich mal wieder etwas monochromes und dunkleres ausprobieren – und das ist das Resultat. Ziemlich stark beeinflusst von John Atkinson Grimshaw, nehme ich an. 🙂

Ich wünsche Euch ein schönes Wochenende.

      1. I haven’t posted and i need to. My work does progress however and I am gradually introducing figures but only because they are part of the story I want to tell. I think that that is important-to tell the story you want to tell. It doesn’t have to have figures. I guess when I see your landscapes and houses I often want to imagine them as part of the story but they are not there. That is you. and so the pictures are complete

      2. I agree with you… we ´d like to tell a story with our pictures. I guess my story is that people left the places I prefer to paint. For my noir-project I will probably need to paint people to tell the story and I am looking for ways to find the approach that satisfies me. It will take a while I guess…
It would be so nice to see a new post from you. But you should never stress yourself with it. I have the feeling that the wordpress audience is a little bit more patient and foregiving than other online-audiences. Just take the time you need. 🙂
