Abandoned barn – #worldwatercolormonth

Regular visitors and readers of my blog know that I am not always happy with the results of my watercolor painting. Painting is always a pleasure, to see the result of your own efforts sometimes is not. But this time I am still satisfied with the result although it is finished for almost 24 hours already . That is rare! LOL! This large watercolor on Fabriano Artistico hot- press is based on a miniature painting I posted yesterday. The large format gives room for much more details and still painting in a loose way. It was a pleasure to paint and I am happy that I can share the result with you as the last post this week before the weekend (which starts in less than 5 hours for me when my nightshift is over). Regelmäßige Besucher und Leser meines Blogs wissen, dass ich mit den Resultaten meiner Aquarellmalerei nicht immer zufrieden bin. Das Malen an sich ist immer ein großes Vergnügen, die Resultate meiner “Bemühung” zu sehen nicht immer. Aber diesmal bin ich sehr zufrieden, und das obwohl es schon seit fast 24 Stunden  fertig ist. Das ist wirklich selten! Lach! Dieses große Aquarell auf Fabriano Artistico satiniert basiert auf einer der Miniaturen, die ich gestern gepostet habe. Das große Format gibt Raum für mehr Details ohne dabei auf lockeres Malen verzichten zu müssen. Es war ein Vergnügen zu malen und ich bin glücklich, dass ich das Resultat zum Wochenende als letzten Post der Woche, mit Euch teilen kann. (Mein Wochenende beginnt in weniger als 5 Stunden, wenn meine Nachtschicht vorbei ist.) Ich wünsche ein schönes Wochenende allerseits! 🙂
