Sunny day…

…and even warmer. Today the sun came back to brighten up my day and my mood. 🙂 It is so easy to please me. I am still painting on my half sheets at night (actually I am working on 7 simultaniously), but still do some sketches inbetween. And sometimes there is one that I really like myself. The first one, this old wooden house with sun and snow is one of them and how I want my watercolors to be. It gives me an idea where my journey with the brushes could go to, when I keep practicing… and practicing… and practicing. Reduction is  the goal. It probably makes it on the cover of my watercolor yearbook 2017/2 (see below)

Ein sonniger Tag war es… und noch wärmer als gestern. Heute kam die Sonne zurück, um meinen Tag und meine Stimmung aufzuhellen. 🙂 Es ist so einfach, mich zu erfreuen. Ich male nachts immer noch an diversen halben Bögen (aktuell sind es 7 verschiedene Aquarelle, an denen ich zeitgleich werkele), aber ich male dennoch zwischendurch meine Skizzen. Und manchmal ist eine dabei, die ich wirklich selbst auch mag.  Die erste hier gezeigte, das alte Holzhaus in Sonne und Schnee, ist so eine und genauso, wie ich meine Aquarelle haben möchte. Sie gibt mir eine Idee davon, wo meine Reise mit den Pinseln hingehen könnte, wenn ich weiter übe… und übe… und übe. Die Reduktion ist das Ziel. Wahrscheinlich schafft diese Skizze es sogar auf das Cover von meinem Aquarell-Jahrbuch 2017/2 (siehe weiter unten).
