I compiled my watercolors from last month in a little video slideshow. I hope you will enjoy it and wish you a beautiful March.
Your work is stunning. It’s a great inspiration for observing colours and physical effects in a painting.

Super slidshow, darf ich fragen welches Programm du verwendest

Herzlichen Dank, Christa!

Another month of tremendous paintings Carsten – the volume, quality and consistency of your work puts me to shame!!

john, do remember what Carsten is always telling us: he is having fun, it is his passion. That is the important part of what i am learning from him- don’t even try to compete.

John, i didn’t mean that we should compare our work or be in competition but that i have learned from Carsten to simply take joy in doing the painting itself. Your work is beautiful. my writing needs editing most of the time!

There is no competition and there is probably nothing you or anybody else could learn from me – only: do something you really love and just do it without any other purpose than to please yourself. Some people find their passion in making music, others in knitting fancy socks. The only thing of importance (in my opinion) is that you do it your way. 🙂

You really don´t have to feel any shame, John. You paint awesome watercolors and it does not depend on the volume. I just have a lot to learn and a lot of time (although it feels that there is never enough time to learn ).

Thanks Carsten – I know all too well that feeling that there’s so much to learn and never enough time!

Sometimes I wish it would be like in an old computer game, where you can collect Time Ups! 🙂

No, no,no, I didn’t mean that anyone was in competition with any one else. I meant that I have learned form your example how to be happy with what i do and to take pleasure just in doing the painting itself without making comparisons . John’s work is beautiful. My use of English grammar is abysmal!
