I did really enjoy that day off, relaxing, taking a hot bath and painting. The first one today was this little cove scene. I am not that happy with it because I lost it on the half way. But it was good to warm up for the other painting that was going pretty loose and was just fun to paint. I included a few pictures of the progress, too.
Ich habe diesen freien Tag wirklich genossen: entspannen, ein heißes Bad und Malen. Das erste Bild heute war die kleine Bucht-Szenerie. Ich bin nicht wirklich zufrieden, weil ich auf halber Strecke etwas die Lust daran verloren habe. Aber es war zumindest zum Aufwärmen für das zweite Aquarell gut, das dann sehr locker und flockig von der Hand ging und großen Spaß gemacht hat. Ich habe ein paar Fotos vom Mal-Prozess dazu gepackt.

i really like it when you show some of the progression stages. I learn a lot from studying them.
